As a PDNow administrator, you possess the capability to generate and download a comprehensive report, offering valuable insights into the usage of PDNow. These reports can be customized to highlight three key factors: active time on the site, site visit duration, and completed courses.


To access these insightful reports, follow these simple steps:

Navigate to the Learning Dashboard:
Initiate the reporting process by clicking on the "Learning Dashboard."

Access Team Activity Reports:
On the right-hand side of the dashboard, locate the "Reporting" section.
Click on "Team Activity" to delve into the report.

Review Data in a Pop-up Box:
Once you click on "Team Activity," a pop-up box will appear, presenting you with a snapshot of relevant data.

Export Data to Excel:
To enhance your analytical capabilities, we strongly recommend exporting this data to an Excel spreadsheet. This export feature empowers you to meticulously filter and review the data, ensuring a more comprehensive understanding of the information at hand.
