Video: Resetting Your Password
Your username will be the email address associated with your school or district.
If you have forgotten your password, from the login page at pdnow.com, click on the “Reset Password” button.
- Enter your email address.
- Check the box to indicate you are not a robot.
- Click “Reset Password.”
You will receive an email with a verification code. You have two options: open your email and click on the link to open the Reset Password screen. The verification code from the email should be automatically filled into the space provided, but if you need to, you can copy and paste the code from the email. Enter your. Username and then click “Submit Verification.”
You will then be prompted to enter a new password. Make sure to enter the same password into both fields and click “Reset Password.”
